Section 20-2-V - HOSPICE

A. Hospice reimbursement is a per diem amount that is all inclusive for services provided.

B. Daily per diem amounts are as follows:

Routine Home Care - $384.78

Continuous Home Rate - $1,995.56

Inpatient Care - $1,486.36
