An individual is disqualified for leaving employment for marital, filial, or domestic circumstances, however, leaving an employer to accompany a spouse who is on active duty, and has been reassigned from one military assignment to another shall be deemed to be for good cause; provided, however, that a rated employers account shall not be charged for benefits paid. Reimbursing employers are not entitled to an non-charge under the law.
