Rule 2-603-8.2 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The Forestry Commission will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

A. a statute administered or enforceable by the Forestry Commission,

B. a rule promulgated by the Forestry Commission, or

C. an order issued by the Forestry Commission.
