Section 2-101-2-13-103.04

When Salmonella or Arizona organisms are isolated from specimens which originated in a Mississippi hatchery, the Poultry Supervisor shall attempt to locate and eliminate the source of the infection. Those hatcheries that are under the supervision of the Nation Poultry and Turkey Improvement Plans may be investigated by a Plan representative approved by the Mississippi Board of Animal Health.
