Pursuant to the provisions of the herein cited laws providing the authority for the Commission of Agriculture and Commerce to enter into Cooperative Agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture for the inspection of poultry slaughtering and processing plants, the following rules and regulations are hereby promulgated for the proper enforcement of said laws and State-Federal Poultry Inspection Program and other related purposes.
