Section 2-1-3-09-01-104

Applicators certified under this regulation shall keep complete and accurate records of all work performed for at least two years. Such records shall be available for examination by employees of the Bureau during reasonable business hours. Such records shall include:

1. The brand or product name;
2. The EPA registration number;
3. Total amount applied;
4. The size of the area treated;
5. The crop, commodity, stored product or site;
6. The date of the application; and
7. The location of application.
