Section 2-1-3-09-01-103.1 - Examination with training

Competence in the use and handling of pesticides shall be determined by written examination. This examination will be based upon standards as set forth in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR § 171.103(a).
