If no objection to the modified proposed regulation(s) are received within thirty (30) days from the date of their distribution as specified above, such modified proposed regulations will then be declared adopted and in effect and enforceable as of ten (10) days following date of adoption, and notice of same shall be mailed out as prescribed in subsection 100.02 above.
