Section 19-7-5.02.1.3 - Retailer/Developer License ApplicationA. Any retailer or developer conducting retail business within this State shall apply for a license annually to sell Factory-Built homes to be shipped into or sited in Mississippi. This licensure also applies to anyone who buys, relocates, re-builds, and sells Factory - Built home units or anyone who buys and sells but does not move or relocate repossessed or used Factory-Built homes. B. Every retailer or developer that sells, transports, or installs new or used Factory-Built homes within the State of Mississippi, shall apply for and obtain a license from the Commissioner. The application for license must be accompanied by proof of financial responsibility for cargo loss or damage by providing documentation of the bonding and liability insurance requirements as required by this regulation. 19 Miss.
