A Freedom of Information Officer will be responsible for the processing of all official requests for information/records pertaining to the Mississippi Insurance Department and its separate divisions including the offices of the Fire Marshal and the Liquefied Compressed Gas Sector.2. A Freedom of Information Liaison Officer, located in the office of the Mississippi Insurance Department or its divisions, will be designated from each division of said Department.
