MDHS facility will maintain a designated clinic with a private examination area so that health care encounters, including medical, dental and mental health interviews, examinations, and procedures can be conducted while respecting the youth's privacy.B. Equipment, supplies, and materials shall be provided and maintained as determined by the Director of Medical Services, in consultation with the Physician/Dentist, for the performance of health care services.
