There shall be Treatment Teams, composed of multidisciplinary professionals, who observe the youth, evaluate progress, and identify impediments to progress. All programming activities used to modify and monitor the behavior of youth shall be developed and coordinated by a Treatment Team. This team shall meet with youth on an individual and regular basis to discuss treatment goals and objectives as well as to assess progress.
