The Board may, in its discretion, permit longer periods between certificate inspections.
1. Based upon documentation of such actual service conditions by the owner of the operating equipment, the Board may, in its discretion, permit variations in the inspection requirements.2. The inspections herein required shall be made by the Chief Inspector, by a Deputy Inspector, or by a Special Inspector provided for int he Act.3. If the Inspector can show due cause that a hydrostatic test is necessary, it shall be made by the owner or user of the boiler or pressure vessel, at the owner's or user's expense.4. All boilers, other than cast iron sectional boilers, and pressure vessels to be installed in this state after the twelve (12) month period from the date upon which the rules and regulations of the Board shall become effective, shall be inspected during construction as required by the applicable rules and regulations of the Board by an inspector authorized to inspect boilers and pressure vessels in this state, or, if constructed outside of the state, by an inspector holding a license issued by an organization approved by the Board.15 Miss.
