Section 12-8-600.1 - DEFINITION OF TERMS USED IN THIS SECTION(1)Attorney General - shall mean the individual assigned by the Attorney General to the Department of Finance and Administration. (2)Interested Party - means an actual or prospective offeror that may be aggrieved by the solicitation or award of a Lease Contract, or by the protest. (3)Protestor - means any actual or prospective offeror who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or the award of a Lease Contract and who files a protest. 12 Miss. Code. R. 8-600.1
