Section 12-3-2.1-0-00100-4-4.06 - FAILURE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT

The Bidder shall forfeit the Bid Security to the Owner as liquidated damages for failure, or refusal, to execute and deliver the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) working days after notice of the acceptance of the bid. ("working" days added 11/3/10)
