Rule 1-7-1.6 - Enrollees

Within 90 days after beginning any sales activity in this State, the Permitee will furnish to the Secretary of State, the names and addresses of all enrollees. It shall be the duty of the Permitee to update the student roster no later than six (6) months after the initial report.
