Rule 1-4-4.2 - Express Mail and Courier Delivery at the Filing Office's Street Address

UCC documents delivered by this method, not-withstanding the time of delivery, received prior to 12:00 p.m. of a business day will receive a filing time of 12:00 p.m., even though the UCC document may not yet have been accepted for filing and may be subsequently rejected. Courier delivery of UCC documents after 12:00 p.m. on a business day, and before the close of business, will receive a filing time of 5:00 p.m., even though the UCC document may not yet have been accepted for filing and may be subsequently rejected.
