Rule 1-4-12.3 - Optional InformationA UCC search request may contain any of the following information:
A. The request may limit the records requested by limiting them by the city and state of the debtor. A report created by the filing officer in response to such a request shall contain the statement: "A limited search may not reveal all filings against the debtor searched and the searcher bears the risk of relying on such a search." B. All documents responsive to a records request will be delivered via electronic means as determined by the Secretary of State.75-9-701 et seq. Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended.
