Rule 1-15-3.04 - Certification of Registration

Professional Fund- Raiser/ Fund-Raising Counsel. Registration in Mississippi as a Professional Fund-Raiser/Fund-Raising Counsel shall become effective upon the date of the issuance of a Certificate of Registration by the Division. The Certificate shall expire on June 30th each year.
