Rule 1-13-1.2 - Agent

Agent shall mean the Secretary of State's Agent for Registration and Recordkeeping. The Secretary of State's Agent currently is Leads Online, 15660 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 800, Dallas, Texas 75248 (www.LeadsOnline.com).
