Rule 1-10-2.1 - Definitions In this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
A. "Complainant" means the person who files a complaint with the Secretary of State pursuant to this Chapter 2.B. "Respondent" means any state or local election official or board against whom a complaint is filed pursuant to this Chapter 2.C. Subchapter " means Subchapter III of HAVA, 52 U. S. C. §§ 21081-21085.D. "State or local election official" means the Secretary of State, the State Board of Election Commissioners, a circuit or municipal clerk, a county or municipal election commissioner or election commission, the state or local political party executive committee or executive committee member, a poll manager or any employee, officer, agent or appointee thereof.
