The terms used in this chapter have the meanings given them in this part.
"Board" means the governing body of the Public Employment Relations Board.
"Charged party" means a party charged with an unfair labor practice charge.
"Charging party" means a party alleging an unfair labor practice charge.
"Charge" or "unfair labor practice (ULP) charge" means a statement fled with the board in which a person or entity alleges that another person or entity has committed an unfair labor practice.
"Complaint" means a document issued by the board alleging that a person or entity has committed one or more unfair labor practices.
"Days" means a calendar day unless it is stated as "working days."
"Legal holiday" has the meaning given in Minnesota Statutes, section 645.44, subdivision 5.
"Public Employment Relations Board" or "PERB" means the board established under Minnesota Statutes, section 179A.041.
"Respondent" means a party subject to an unfair labor practice complaint.
"Working day" means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
