The regulatory authority may condemn and cause to be removed any food, equipment, clothing, or utensils found in a food establishment, the use of which does not comply with this Code or that is being used in violation of this Code, and may also condemn and cause to be removed any equipment, clothing, or utensils feat because of dirt, file, extraneous matter, insects, corrosion, open seams, or chipped or cracked surfaces are unfit for use.
