Section R. 432.1714 - Request for declaratory ruling; form; contentsRule 714.
(1) A person, who requests a declaratory ruling from the board as to the applicability to an actual state of facts of a statute, rule, resolution or order administered, promulgated, or issued, by the board, must do so in writing.(2) The written request must contain the relevant and material facts along with a reference to the statute, rule, resolution, or order applicable.Mich.
