(1) A for profit corporation or joint stock company may solicit the employees of its subsidiaries who have policy making, managerial, professional, supervisory, or administrative nonclerical responsibilities and their spouses.(2) A labor organization whose membership consists of other labor organizations may solicit those individuals that are members of its member labor organizations and their spouses. A labor organization whose membership consists of other labor organizations may solicit the employees of the member labor organizations who have policy making, managerial, professional, supervisory, or administrative nonclerical responsibilities and their spouses.Mich.
