(1) The production and sales records of the manufacturer shall be maintained in order and available for inspection for the 4 most recent years.(2) A wholesaler of wine shall maintain records of its purchases and sales of alcoholic liquor. The records shall be maintained and available for inspection for the 4 most recent years.(3) A manufacturer or wholesaler of wine shall maintain complete records of the expenses of their licensed salesmen and representatives and complete records of the total compensation paid to their licensed salesmen and representatives.
