Section R. 445.1 - Definitions

Rule 1.

(1) As used in these rules "act" means the Initiated Law of 1976, being S445.571 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

(2) The terms defined in the act have the same meaning when used in these rules, unless otherwise indicated.
