(1) The suspension or revocation of the dental license of a dentist automatically causes the suspension or revocation of a specialty license issued to that dentist under the code and these rules.(2) A licensee who holds a dental specialty license shall notify the department of any action that results in a suspension or revocation of a certification by an American board of dentistry within 30 days after the date of the suspension or revocation.Mich.
