(1) The bureau of fire services shall maintain a file of those persons who have been certified and shall review certification at least every 3 years for compliance with the act and rules promulgated pursuant to the act.( 2) The bureau of fire services shall maintain a file of those persons delegated authority pursuant to section 2b of the act and shall review the delegation at least every 2 years for compliance with the act and rules promulgated pursuant to the act.Mich.
