Section R. 400.1933 - Water supply; sewage disposal; water temperatureRule 33.
(1) The water supply must be from a municipal water supply or an onsite well approved by the local health department.(2) All sewage must be disposed of through a public system or, in the absence thereof, in a manner approved by the local health department.(3) A child care home shall have a minimum of 1 flush toilet and 1 handwashing sink with hot and cold running water.(4) Hot water temperature must not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit at water faucets accessible to children.Mich.
