Section R. 408.9007 - Payment of wages on termination

Rule 7.

(1) An employer shall pay all wages due an employee who quits or is discharged, except for an employee who was engaged in the hand harvesting of crops, on the regularly scheduled payday for the period in which the termination occurs.

(2) An employer shall pay all wages due a discharged employee who was engaged in the hand harvesting or crops within 1 working day of the termination.
