Section R. 408.6306 - Deviation modification, renewal, denial, or revocationRule 306.
(1) An employer may apply in writing to the department for a modification or renewal of a deviation issued under the act. The terms of a deviation may be modified upon written request from an employer and subsequent approval by the director.(2) The department may, on its own motion, proceed to deny, modify, or revoke a deviation subject to written notice to the employer and subject to the employer's right to request a hearing. The director shall conduct a hearing pursuant to chapter 4 of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being SS24.271 to 24.287 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.6306
