Section R. 325.69010 - Adoption of standardsRule 69010.
(1) The following federal occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) regulations are adopted by reference in these rules: (a)29 C.F.R. § 1926.1153 "Respirable Crystalline Silica," paragraphs (c) to (j), effective June 23, 2016.(b) Appendix A "Methods of Sample Analysis," effective June 23, 2016.(c) Appendix B "Medical Surveillance Guidelines," effective June 23, 2016.(2) As used in these rules, " 29 CFR 1910.134 " means Occupational Health Standard Part 451 Respiratory Protection.(3) As used in these rules, " 29 CFR 1910.1020 " means Occupational Health Standard Part 470 Employee Medical Records and Trade Secrets.(4) As used in these rules, " 29 CFR 1910.1200 " means Occupational Health Standard Part 430 Hazard Communication.(5) As used in these rules, " 29 CFR 1926.57 " means Occupational Health Standard Part 620 Ventilation Control for Construction.(6) As used in these rules, 1926.1153(a) means R 325.69001 Scope.(7) As used in these rules, 1926.1153(b) means R 325.69015 Definitions.(8) As used in these rules, 1926.1153(k) means R 325.69005 Dates.(9) The federal regulation adopted in this rule has the same force and effect as a rule promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan occupational safety and health act (MIOSHA) 1974 PA 154, MCL 408.1001 to 408.1094.Mich.
