(1) A standpipe and hose system installed or that portion of a system modified after December 31, 1983, shall be installed, modified, and maintained as prescribed in N.F.P.A. standard #14-1980, "Standpipe and Hose Systems," as adopted by reference in R 408.10999(b).(2) Subrule (1) of this rule does not apply to a class 1 standpipe system.Mich.
