(1) An employee shall not operate a machine until he has been trained in its operating procedures, hazards and safeguards and has been authorized to do so.(2) An employee shall report to his supervisor a machine or safeguard which is defective.(3) A guard removed for inspection, maintenance, die setting or mold setting shall be replaced before a machine is released for production.Mich.
