(1) The supervisor of the special service shall hold a pre-job meeting with each crew to review responsibilities for the operation to be performed.(2) Welding shall not be performed in the immediate wellhead area during wire line operations.(3) When possible, the service unit shall be located on the upwind side of the wellhead and spotted where the crew has optimum visibility and can work unobstructed.(4) A frozen flow line shall not knowingly be flexed or hit.Mich.
