Section R. 408.15357 - Grub hoes, mattocks, and picks
Rule 5357.
(1) The blade eye of a grub hoe, mattock, or pick shall be tight fitting and wedged so that it cannot slide down the handle.(2) When swinging a tool, the employee shall have a secure grip and firm footing.
