Section R. 408.14912 - Inspections generally; removal of sling from serviceRule 4912.
(1) A sling and all fastenings shall be inspected for damage and defects by a designated employee before each day's use.(2) Where service conditions warrant, additional inspections shall be performed during sling use.(3) A damaged or defective sling, as described in this part, shall be immediately removed from service.Mich.
