(1) "Truck crane" means a rotating superstructure with a power plant, operating machinery, and boom mounted on an automotive truck equipped with a power plant for travel.(2) "Whipline" means a separate or auxiliary hoist rope system of lighter load capacity and higher speed than provided by the main hoist.(3) "Winch head" means a power driven spool for handling of a load by means of friction between fiber or wire rope and the spool.Mich.
