(1) "Psig" means pounds per square inch as measured by a gauge.(2) "Soldering" means a process of joining metals, without melting them, using a filler metal melting at 800 degrees Fahrenheit (427 degrees Celsius) or below.(3) "Storage" means the storage of a filled or empty cylinder not in use.(4) "Welding" means the process of joining metals by melting them.(5) "Welding operations" means the cutting, welding, brazing, or soldering of materials.(6) "Welder" means a person performing welding operations.Mich.
