(1) An arc welding and cutting cable shall be of the completely insulated, flexible-type and shall be capable of handling the maximum current requirements of the work, taking into account the duty cycle under which the welder is working.(2) A manual electrode holder shall be specifically designed for arc welding and cutting and shall be capable of handling the maximum rated current required by the electrode.Mich.
