Section R. 125.111 - HearingsRule 111.
(1) To inform itself and the public the authority may hold public hearings anywhere in the state and may limit the scope of the hearings.(2) An individual, firm, corporation, partnership, or public body or agency, aggrieved by a decision of the authority or the executive director, may request in writing that the authority hold a hearing in accordance with the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.(3) Except for hearing and appeal procedures provided by statute or rule, a request for a hearing under subrule (2) of this rule must be received by the authority's director of legal affairs within 60 days after the issuance of the decision.Mich.
