Section R. 325.9109 - Terms defined in code and certificate of need review standards; establishment of certificate of need review standards

Rule 109.

(1) Terms defined in the code and certificate of need review standards have the same meanings when used in these rules.

(2) All certificate of need review standards used in making determinations on applications under these rules shall be established by law.
