Section R. 400.9303 - Flame and heat-producing equipment; maintenance

Rule 303.

(1) A foster parent shall ensure that all the following items are maintained in safe condition:

(a) Furnace.

(b) Water heater.

(c) Fireplace.

(d) Pipes.

(e) Radiators.

(f) Wood-burning stoves.

(g) Other flame-producing or heat-producing equipment.

(2) Portable heating devices may not be used in bedrooms.
