Section R. 299.2480 - Briefing areasRule 2480.
(1) A permittee of a well shall establish primary and secondary briefing areas at the drilling site. A permittee shall ensure that safety equipment is located at the upwind briefing area.(2) The supervisor of mineral wells or authorized representative of the supervisor of mineral wells may require safety equipment, in addition to that listed in R 299.2304(k), if necessary for the safety of the public or the workers.Mich.
