Section R. 325.17305 - Renewal of license; denial or revocation; conditions or restrictionsRule 305.
(1) After review of a renewal license application for a dry cleaning establishment and the latest annual inspection by the department under R 325.17304(2), the department shall issue or deny the license renewal. The license, if issued, shall be sent directly to the owner or operator of the dry cleaning establishment.(2) The department may attach any condition or restriction to a renewal license, issued or renewed pursuant to subrule (1) of this rule when determined necessary for compliance with the public health code for type IV establishments or the fire prevention code for type I, II or III establishments.Mich.
