Section R. 393.5077 - Public inquiriesRule 77.
(1) Details regarding unsubstantiated grievances shall be immediately purged from the interpreters file.(2) Formal complaints, disciplinary actions, and the number of substantiated violations shall be available to the public. Information regarding violations shall be placed in the person's records with the division, indicating the nature of the violation and the conditions imposed. Substantiated violations will be listed as part of public record on the interpreter database.(3) Complaints that result in an administrative hearing or disciplinary action, or both, are public information, and the files maintained according to retention and disposal schedules of the department.Mich.
