(1) NAD-RID "Code of Professional Conduct," effective July 1, 2005, is adopted by reference. Washington SQ, STE. 150, Lansing, MI 48913 or dodhh@michigan.gov.(2) Regulations promulgated under United States Department of Health & Human Services "The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act" ( Public Law 104-191, including as applicable 45 CFR Parts 160, 162, and 164 (HIPAA) as amended through March 26, 2013, are adopted by reference and all privacy provisions apply to an interpreter working in a medical environment.
