Section R. 285.816.3 - Allotments; application and approvalRule 3.
(1) The president and secretary of an association requesting funds shall file a properly completed application, on forms provided by the department, with the director for consideration on or before May 1 preceding the state's fiscal year for which an allotment is being requested, or 60 days prior to making the association's facilities available for training and stabling.(2) The department shall give written notice of approval or disapproval of an application within 30 days after receiving the application.Mich.
