Section 31.03.09.01 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Administration" means the Maryland Insurance Administration.

(2) "License" has the meaning stated in Insurance Article, § 10-101(d), Annotated Code of Maryland.
